Service Description
It is increasingly important to put down the distractions and develop inner awareness. Awareness of our thoughts, habits, and unconscious behaviours. Mindfulness and Meditation allow us to cultivate inner understanding, gratitude, self love, tolerance of others, freedom from addictive habits, reduction in stress and much more. If you are new to meditation or would like some guidance with difficulty in your practice I can help. I have worked with leading instructors in the Vipassana tradition, trained under Tara Brach and Jack Kornfield. With kindness and spaciousness you can live a peaceful life and cope with the things that cause you suffering.
