About me
My name is Mercede
I have been teaching for over 18 years and I am passionate about helping people enhance their lives through my services.
Growing up in sports halls and gyms, I watched my mother lead group exercise classes, which fuelled my lifelong dedication to fitness. With extensive training on biomechanics and back pain, I enjoy understanding movement patterns identifying issues, and offering exercise solutions.
Thanks to Move Freely Pilates, I remain pain-free, allowing me to enjoy activities like running cycling, climbing, and trampolining. After overcoming years of back and hip pain, I now feel confident in my body am dedicated to guiding others on their health journeys, knowing there are no quick fixes, but the transformation is truly life-changing.
My journey into mindfulness and coaching began seven years ago during a challenging period in my life. I am now dedicated to using these teachings to manage the stresses of modern life and create more harmonious relationships within and without. Grounded in the present, connected to nature, finding joy.
