Join our group and one-on-one Pilates classes designed to ease back pain, improve mobility, and enhance flexibility. Deep Tissue and Gentle Energy Healing
Deep tissue massage relieves chronic pain, improves flexibility, and enhances circulation by targeting deeper muscle layers to reduce tension and stress. In contrast, gentle energy massage promotes relaxation and balance through light pressure to enhance energy flow.
About me
My name is Mercede

I have been teaching for over 18 years and I am passionate about helping people enhance their lives through movement and mindfulness.
My first love was movement and thanks to Move Freely Pilates, I remain pain-free, allowing me to enjoy activities like running, cycling, climbing, and trampolining. After overcoming years of my own back and hip pain, I now feel confident in my body knowing there are no quick fixes, just the gentle dedication to regular movement. I enjoy understanding movement patterns identifying issues, and offering exercise solutions. Most of my work is helping people stay active, mobile and able to live well into mid life and beyond, moving through injuries with grace and flexibility.
My journey into mindfulness and coaching began ten years ago during a challenging period in my life. Grief, death, trauma, injustice and just being a human with work, bills, kids etc. The overwhelm led me down a path of meditation, wisdom teachings and awakening that has truly changed my life. I use these teachings to help others manage the stresses of life, heal past wounds, cope with difficult circumstances, be less reactive and create more harmonious relationships. When we can be grounded in the present, settled and peaceful we can make better choices, find more joy and hold our suffering with kindness.

✨I offer expert guidance and a flexible attitude, if an exercise is not working you can adapt, change or skip it. Everything is optional and I am always on hand to support you.
✨We have a bit of fun too sometimes, some classes have a bit of chat and a lovely group vibe.
✨I do my best to create a non judgmental, friendly and supportive environment where you can feel welcomed, not pushed into discomfort but able to work at your own level to be strong safely.
I run a small and personal business, most of my clients have been coming for many years and we become a community. In order to help you get the most out of my services I encourage you to book an initial consultation either a video or phone call, or you are welcome to come in to see me. This helps me to get to know you, understand your body and any medical issues. It also helps me to adapt around your needs, my classes and 121's are all designed around the participants that come. I can also then offer alternatives and adaptations if needed. I feel I serve my clients best when I know them better and we have opened a channel for communication. This is why I prefer to meet you ahead of time or have at least an email chat.
